News Release:AIXBOILER Taikang Steam Boilers from China Export Hand-Fired Wood Biomass Boiler DZH3-1.25 to Bangladesh

Recently, a batch of DZH3-1.25 manual biomass steam boilers manufactured in Taikang, China, has passed complete factory inspection and finished packing for shipment to Bangladesh via combined land and sea transport. This shipment marks another milestone for Taikang steam boilers as they further penetrate Bangladesh’s local wood processing industry with reliable industrial steam heating solutions.
Known as China’s Hometown of Boilers, Taikang City in Henan Province boasts a complete A-grade boiler industrial chain with mature biomass thermal energy technology. The DZH3-1.25 3-ton manually-fired biomass boiler customized for Bangladesh is specially designed to burn firewood, wood scraps, lumber offcuts and other local wood waste. It enables local wood processing factories to recycle timber residues as fuel, drastically cutting expenses on fossil fuels.
The DZH series adopts a horizontal three-pass water-fire tube structure, with a rated evaporation capacity of 3 tons per hour and a rated working pressure of 1.25 MPa. Equipped with manual feeding and manual slag removal systems, the boiler features simple operation and low maintenance requirements, perfectly matching the operational conditions of small and medium-sized Bangladeshi factories with limited automatic operation teams. Its widened and deepened furnace chamber together with secondary air supply structure ensures full combustion of wood logs, delivering a steady thermal efficiency above 82%. Threaded smoke tubes enhance heat exchange and lower exhaust temperature for outstanding energy-saving performance. Full safety configurations including safety valves, high-low water level interlocks and pressure gauges are installed. Every unit undergoes hydraulic pressure tests, non-destructive testing and complete factory acceptance tests (FAT), fully complying with Bangladesh’s industrial equipment safety access standards.
Bangladesh has a thriving forestry and wood processing sector, generating massive waste wood every day. In the past, most local factories relied on crude makeshift furnaces with unstable steam supply, high energy consumption and heavy pollution. Taikang’s technical team optimized the manual grate and furnace volume based on local fuel characteristics and plant working conditions. Raw wood pieces can be fed directly without pre-processing, turning waste timber into steam on-site. This approach not only solves environmental issues caused by piled wood scraps but also greatly reduces steam production costs, precisely addressing Bangladeshi manufacturers’ core demands of cost reduction and eco-friendly production.
“The Bangladeshi client visited our Taikang production base for field inspections and selected the manual wood-fired DZH model after comparing multiple boiler products,” said the foreign trade sales manager. Taikang steam boilers have been exported to Bangladesh for years, widely applied in textile, food and wood processing industries. The brand has accumulated numerous repeat customers thanks to stable durability, wide fuel compatibility and timely after-sales service. This order is accompanied by full English operation manuals, original factory inspection certificates, certificates of origin and all customs clearance documents. Our professional technical engineers will be dispatched to Bangladesh afterward to provide on-site installation guidance, operator training and long-term spare parts supply support.
Under the Belt and Road Initiative, Taikang boilers keep exploring the renewable energy market across Southeast Asia. For timber-rich countries such as Bangladesh, Vietnam and Myanmar, we offer diversified steam boiler products including manual wood-fired models and fully automatic biomass pellet boilers to suit factories of different scales, budgets and maintenance capabilities. Moving forward, our company will continue to deepen the Bangladesh market, deliver localized customized products and one-stop thermal energy solutions, and continuously polish the overseas brand reputation of Taikang steam boilers from China.
